Wow, it's the morning after. Did anyone else hear a female shout "We beat Steps" in the background when Richard and Mick were being interviewed on Radio 1 last night? I had a feeling they might be on the Big Breakfast this morning too, so I put my sensibilities to one side and tuned in. But did it happen while I was eating my breakfast? No it bloody well didn't. So readers, guess what John "Shabba" Warrander has decided to do this weekend. Is he going to keep it real with the d n'b massive, freestyling live in the area with his posse? No, he's going to an indie all-dayer in Sheffield with Nealy Weely.

Mmm, funny response considering it was the ginger one that told me to write that in the first place. I suppose I shouldn't be so naive and trusting. Did someone say "manipulative little ginger prick"? Couldn't have been me. I've not got a potty mouth. Anyway, yes indeedy people. It's pop-a-go-go weekend and it's going to be great. Ted Benson have cancelled so I don't know who's headlining now, but with Marine Research, Sportique and a whole host of other pop greats to keep us entertained for a full thirteen hours, well who cares? If any of the bands happen to turn you off (unlikely I know) then you can always take refuge at a "real" indie disco which will be happening on another floor and it'll be playing the best indie music...Ever! for you to shake your hips at. And the whole event will be completely drug free. Doing for the kids? Well, the "young at heart" anyway. And yes, Neelie Wheelie WILL be appearing at this event. Sadly, he won't actually be with me. So get yourself down to Sheffield's Boardwalk. MIdday Saturday 'til 1am. See you there. Oh, and McMcTag isn't attending this special day since he "has to go and see [his team] City".
