Erm, at a 25th wedding anniversary party. In Guildford. Not very rock 'n' roll I admit, but commitments are commitments. I'm experiencing a confusing mix of emotions, as I am on a late shift at work, yet have just discovered a way to get internet access on my computer, so I can bore youse lot senseless with the late-night ramblings of an overworked mind. Great news, but I can't help but feel it's going to end with me getting the sack. I just got my tickets through for the Yo La Tengo gig in September at ULU. I'm not familiar with this venue, but can only assume that it stands for University of London University (so good they named it twice). Anyway, I'll be the one in the suit looking like a young Jeffrey Bernard, vodka in hand. Why not come over and exchange pleasantries? Me & my friends are not as scary as we look. Did anyone see Top of the Pops on Friday, or were you all out 'raging' as they say in Neighbours? It's getting boring these days isn't it (TOTP, not Neighbours. Though come to think of it...)? Here's hoping that the next B&S EP is eligible for the charts and we get to see our homies rockin' out with Gail Porter/Jamie Theakston. Does he still present it? Hmm. Anyway.
