From what I've read about it, it's basicaly trying to frame Courtney, but put it one way, some of the witnesses are somewhat...unreliable? I read a thing saying that one of Kurts "best friends" was interviewed and showed pictures of Kurt to prove their friendship...when one of the photos was the front covere of the Melody maker...
