dear "just came in from a biscuit-nibbling picnic" diary... i believe that the smith's "there is a light that never goes out" is the perfect song...everytime i hear it i can feel my body tense and the whole world melts into this amazing dream...usually this is intensified by massive tears and the shaken hands grasping for a steadier... i heard some people playing "my perfect mate" list in the campus cafeteria the other day and i've done a bit of remastering on my 'perfect mate' list...if you're looking for a good chuckle at my strange requests read on...i think it would be nice to hear other's thoughts on their "perfect mate"...so let's share... i suppose a nice sensitive boy is what i want... sensitive with at least a tenth of the sexual politics that jarvis cocker has... and if he was shy that would be lovely because i have trouble talking with people too...i usually blush a little and look at my shoes...so if he did that i would be quite impressed...although, we'd never be looking at each other...so that's probably not good...honesty is an admirable trait...dark hair is an admirable trait, too...i don't know what it is about brown/black haired boys...and someone who isn't going to make other plans forgetting that we'd already made plans would be very, very lovely...someone who likes afghans is the key...and someone who likes kittens...maybe a belle and sebastian/hal hartley/wedding present/mojave3/mercury rev/godspeed, you black emperor!/smiths/billy bragg/pulp/gastr del sol/plush/edith frost fan...and i find glasses rather becoming...i have always been attracted to intellectuals... love, m. elise +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list please mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
