actually it is illegal everywhere. jeepster hold a WORLD-WIDE exclusive copyright of all the artowrk, recorded works, sound and the songs themselves. the enforcers of this copyright are various companies but include: virgin france, sony (uk publishing thingy), matador and capitol. which i assure you is far more power tahn we know what to do with.

as regards home-taping i'll just set the record straight before it rears it's ugly head again.

the label will tolerate all non-profit dubs providing we don't know about it! that simple. we will ignore tape requests - but please don't put us in any position we don't want to be in - keep requests for everything else out of our view (off the list) and we won't say anything.
