Were the Man from Delmonte not that band from Manc who got their ASSES sued by all and sundry when their debut album contained rather accurate information about whom the songs were about?

Well the title of the song was 'My love is a gift you can't return' and it was their last single. Their asses were going to be sued by '"The Man" From Del Monte' that gigantic food conglomerate and supporter of corrupt politicians in far off countries...erm allegedly, don't believe a word of it myself of course.
