Sinister: how will i get her to strike a po (or a tinky winky) ?
hey kids, today was meant to be a good day. i knew this because i awoke to the sound of the boy with the thorn in his side being played on simon mayo's mystery years, the smiths seem to crop up with alarming regularity on this programme, but i musn't grumble. can anyone (in the uk, sorry to bore everyone else, but these things plague me) who was awake at this unholy hour confirm that the mysteryu voice was terry hall? because i had to leave before the answer was played. today, in fact, was a good day, although it managed to do that without anything actually happening, but i made mashed potato with real potatoes, got my ticket for the upcoming gorky's gig and had an afternoon nap, which was only interrupted by a horrible nightmare about ex-boyfriends and ugly girls. i have to agree with whoever it was that said they don't like girls (erica?) somehow i just always seem to get on better with blokes (and i don't even shag all of them). i always feel like when i meet a girl they are looking me up and down to see what features they can bitch about to their friends in the toilets later on. i think i'm paranoid denurr nurr nurr (shakes head in a rawk stylee) on the subject of meeting people called sebastian, my old head of sixth form called her son sebastian and she got really excited when she saw me wearing my people in flares t-shirt because it said sebastian, and apparently its really difficult to get things for your kids that have sebastian written on them. back to my productivity... .... i did some writing today - about parks in the autumn. this is because i walk past two parks on my way to uni. they're probably quite scary places, but at this time of year they give me a desperate longing to walk hand in hand with someone pretty, through the fields, kicking at the golden autumn leaves. sigh, now i feel lonely, but poetic, thats kind of a nice feeling, like a dull ache. one more thing, i write to you about all the crises and adventures i experience (well not everything, but you get the gist), and sometimes some of you reply. i make one passing comment about JAM and i'm bombarded with mail bellowing JAM JAM JAM!!! what does this say about my beloved sinistereenies? i'd rather not imagine. stay beautiful, fiona ++ fretting about whether i'm a sheep or a goat +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the reborn Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister@majordomo.net". Sexy Stoats,
i have to agree with whoever it was that said they don't like girls (erica?) somehow i just always seem to get on better with blokes (and i don't even shag all of them).
eeek, non! c'est faux! I like girls *and* boys. Sometimes boys are better because you can snog them, and I guess they never steal your new pink nail varnish (with a few exceptions), and you don't often see them dragging their contemparies across the dancefloor of the local disco *by their hair* (while pulling up their skirt) or attempting to stab you in the neck with a cigarette while you push in the queue for the toilet, BUT - they *are* guilty of swilling beer, eating curries and not always wearing clean pants. I like being a girl, all the best boys want to be girls (struan, for a start) and I like their company just as much as "the boys". Boys are good for two things: putting up shelves and buying drinks.~ Talking of boys, M said:
There were Baxendale, too. I don't know what to think about them...songs are >nice but that guy gets on my nerves....
pow! hi-yah! That is the sound of me electronically kicking you in the shins. I won't hear a word against Tim Benton, he's the loveliest thing ever. Apart from Alex James at the recent Q awards - maybe he does only have *one* t-shirt at the moment, with a curry stain that doesn't seem to be shifting, but oh, what a pretty thing he is. Boom boom boom boom. That's the sound of my heart beating. It appears I have been in Frequent Use. I'm going back into hibernation now, Erica x p.s (sniffle) English goats *are* great... +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the reborn Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
