Sinister: America Good music on during primetime?!?!
Hello all you wonderful sinister people, Out of boredem whilist watching Roswell, I suddenly heard a very familiar tune, and after oh 5 seconds or so, it hit me...it was Don't Leave the Light On Baby by no one else other than B&S! I ran downstairs and quick as i could and turned on the tv here...and my gosh...it was true!! B&S being played at Prime Time on basic TV, this is just as strange as that time i heard This Is A Modern Rock Song being played on the background of SNL! Well, yes...that is all i really have to say... -Melissa oh yeah, there were also some SDRE posters up in someone or other's room +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the undead Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail sinister@missprint.org. It was quickly followed by Apples In Stereo's "Shine A Light" which, although played in a recent JC Penney ad I'd much rather hear than fucking Fatboy Slim or whatever shite they pick as this year's advertising-snippet-song-of-the-year. AND! As the car full of aliens careened off to New York one could also hear the dulcet tones of Papas Fritas "What Am I Supposed To Do". Who died and left some angsty indie kid to pick the background music for Roswell? I LOVE THE WB!!! On an auction note, I see that none other than Stuart Murdoch has purchased my squeaky roommate! Whatever will he do with her? xxx Julie +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the undead Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail sinister@missprint.org.
