Re: Sinister: I love this song (NBSC)
song was featured in the great gasby. the simple and 'sublime' words are beautful. something that seems reflected in current pop. while listening to the magnetic fields i watched my cat hop onto the stove and drink out of a pot that i had used to steam some vegatables in. (it was cold and there was something so sweet about it) so freaking beatuiful. simple and true. the newest andy. http://www.angelfire.com/fl/aeshome/ ----------------------------------------------------------------------- . The Great Gatsby (Redford/Farrow version) is one of my favorite films (though it has the worst lighting scheme of anything I've ever seen). I am planning on beginning work on my undergraduate thesis next year on Scott Fitzgerald. Anyway, are you refering to the song that goes "When you and I were seventeen" that is very haunting and lovely? I bought the video after hearing the song on AMC a few years ago. Alas, they have remastered the video and edited all the music. I've wandered through the credits plenty of times in search of that song title, but have never found it. Anyone know what I am talking about?? -Kristen ----------------------------------------------------------------------- . This message was brought to you by the Sinister mailing list. .
