thanks for the tape suggestions. the trouble with this method, i've discovered, is that there are certain songs that i really really want on the tape but can't fit in to the thematic flow. but the glove/winter link was subtle enough to offer me hope, so cheers mark (and i promise not to associate you with menstruation ever again; also to write soon). my b&s content includes 'sleep the clock around' sandwiched between a song with 'night' in the title and one with 'morning', although i guess it should have been 2 songs with the same time of day. mr beaker's endearing devon insularity reminded me of a stand-up comedian i know (how poncy did that sound? i mean this guy i know who is a bit funny) from devon who has a joke about devon farmers seeing a train for the first time and only being able to name it, bemusedly, as a 'skinny tractor'. made me laugh anyway. when i still had lots to laugh about. be nice to me everyone, i'll admit i'm feeling strange. moving is next to bereavement and divorce in the trauma stakes, and most people who have to move at least have jobs. sinister keeps my pecker up though, as happily seems to be the case for others of you :) luv as ever, archel xxx ps: big sympathetic hug to bug. a bughug, if you will. (or even if you won't, frankly.) pps: anyone else getting lesley jo withdrawal symptoms? where are you lj? ******* Rachel Playforth archel@iname.com +----------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the reborn Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail "sinister@majordomo.net".
