Dear you lot, Rachel Tucker just mentioned Ant and Dec, which is grate. Don't go forgetting 'You Crazy Cats', 'Our radio rocks' and 'Let's get ready to rhumble' too. Has anyone else noticed the similarities between 5ive's debut single 'Slam dunk the funk' and 'Let's get ready to rhumble'? Because I always start out singing one and end up singing the other. I went skiiing once. We had a lovely french instructor called Denis and we used to sing 'Denis Denis, with your eyes so blue...I'm so in love with you' over and over again as we swished down the mountains on our skis. He used to shout: 'Errreeeeca! Get oup of yoeur botemme!', but then he'd always mutter something like "vache en graisse.." under his breath. At the end of the trip we all made him a card, but Louise, who is silly, wrote his name as 'Donice' and refused to change it. How we laughed. On Saturday night I was treated to the mod stylings of The Lovelies who are crap but wear nice capped sleeved t-shirts which show off their arms. I'm an Arm girl. They did have one quite good song which consisted of the line 'You've got a nice haircut....rilly nice' over and over again, and the lead singer kept turning round to fiddle with his amplifyer and I'm sure it's because he'd overheard me and miss Hannah discussing Men's Lovely Backs in the bar. He invited us down the bowling alley for a 'couple of tins' but we were too busy shaking that stuff to the theme from 'Alfie'.
