Sinister: driving tests, cover versions

haha, but not as shit as me, i'll bet. have my test next week. am going to fail soooooo badly. is that a bit of a contradiction? if you fail something badly do you actually pass it? would it be better to say you failed something really well? i dunno, think will go back to bed.
I've managed to fail my driving test seven times, probably becoming eight in a couple of weeks time. I've now resorted to trying to make it seem like an amusing and whimisical quirk in my character, rather than admitting that I just can't drive very well. A few days ago Mike Newman suggested that B&S should do a version of MacArthur Park. If they were to do a Jimmy Webb song (and I hope they do) I reckon it should be "Where's The Playground, Susie ?" or The Strawberry Children's "Love Years Coming". I'd also like to hear them have a bash at Julian Cope's "Elegant Chaos". I'm getting v excited about the new record, especially as Katrina said it sounded "professional". I hope it has a Steely Dan-type vibe. Have a nice weekend everyone. Cheers, Adam xx ----------------------------------------------------------------------- .
