Sinister: More about the alleged gig...
Hi everyone, I got a bit more reliable information about the 'gig' at GU over the weekend. It seems Brian's skepticism was well justified. Someone else who received the same e-mail that I forwarded to the list last week forwarded it to the band (who were still in the states) and that was the first they'd heard about it. Naturally Stuart was furious. The event that the tickets are for was supposed to be a speech he would be making as part of his election campaign. Did anyone manage to get a ticket? I hear there were a huge number of people queueing for them. Niall. __________________________________________________ Niall Barr, WebMaster and CAL developer, Glasgow Dental School, University of Glasgow. http://intranet.dental.gla.ac.uk/Niall/ +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+ +---+ Brought to you by the Sinister mailing list +---+ To send to the list mail sinister@missprint.org.
