I'm probably really late replying to this but Me Me Me were a very short-lived band (thank god) consisting of the drummer from elastica, the bassist from Blur, Stephen 'tin tin' Duffy and some other bloke. Yes that song (Hanging Around) was catchy, but it was like all the cheesiest bits of Olde Englande model Blur in one track.
