It seems a bit strange to dismiss a band as crap when they've been making music for over 30 years, and have in fact been several different bands during their career. Undoubtedly the "Floyd" have produced several piles of pooh, but have also passed some er, diamonds amongst them. Nothing is ever black or white. Dismissing them entirely is a bit like oh, I dunno, saying that B&S are totally crap just because they released one lightweight ephemeral pop single or something.
