Are they still going? Last I heard, they'd been dropped by Creation. I saw them supporting Hurricane #1 (for my sins) at the Venue last year[1], and found them kind of dull
Cheers for making my recommendation a little more meaningless
Opinions are like arseholes. Everyone's got one. You think they're great, I don't. C'est Lavvy.
you people should check out the records before slagging off bands in such a forum, but then again, you were at that show for the incredibly dull Hurricane #1, which explains a lot.
Tell me about it. I was there because "Carnival of Light" is one of my all-time fave albums. "Hugely disappointed" is the expression I'm looking for. The Paul Oakenfield remix single was really quite good, though.
Besides, the interesting personnel in the earlier Digger$ involved someone with the initials SM actually reading messages like yours ... you're making yourself dead popular.
Yeah? Well my dad used to work in the Central Regional Council Social Work department, when Ian Ross was in charge, and he's the dad of one of The Diggers. Yes. Be impressed.
Oh well ... I should follow the Duke Of Harringay's example and unsubscribe ... too many "Dedicated followers of fashion" and starstrucked teenagers out there.
