I don't have any plans this year either!! Last year I was in London for New Year's and that makes this year seem even more pitiful. Maybe I need a boring year, then next New Year's I'll have something exciting to do! I can try to rationalise it, can't I? Reid was asking about the Pastels, I too would like to know a good sarting point for the band. And the Tindersticks too... Any suggestions? Sorry if my musical knowledge is a bit lacking. I just saw "Waking Ned Divine" today. Someone else said they didn't like it but I quite enjoyed it. It made me laugh and smile and that was perfect for this rainy, cold winter day in Atlanta. Anyone else see the film?
