Saw Rod Hull & Emu live once at the Kings Theatre in Embra. They weren't very good though.
You sick bastard, Rod. I saw the dynamic duo in Coventry, starring in Emu in Pantoland. They were magnificent. And the late great Billy Daintee was even better. The people sitting next to me may have wondered what I was on....EMU POWER of course.
Ahh I never thought I would live to see the day when Billy Daintee [or was it Dainty] would be mentioned on the list. Does anyone have any memories of seeing or meeting any other dead British or American comedians? Criteria for this... they must be dead and of not too greater fame. Billy Daintee size fame probably describes that best. Sorry Paul for cluttering the list with non-B&S but apart from the one new song [well done jon g for capturing it for your site] theres just not much going on is there.
