'Twas never my intention to make our Uncle Turt look like a posh bastard, we all know he's a chimney sweep. I looked up those definitions to see if it really is impossible to be an inverted snob and thought some of it was worth passing on to fellow word freaks and dictionary fetishists. No offense to posh bastards, snooty fuckers or dry, non-slimy snot producers anywhere. On a personal level, despite being one of the most working class people in the world, I am aware that I will disappear long before poshness is eradicated, so I tend to direct my energies elsewhere. I use the term "energies" loosely. Also, the term "snog" has cropped up a few times lately, and some of our overseas viewers might not know what it is. I just wrote loads of stuff about Curtis Mayfield and La Haine and then deleted it all. They both get 10/10. Don't worry about whether a film is French or not before including it in your Top Ten French Films. No one else is worrying about it, Le Pen would have a fit!
