Sinister: magnetic fields?

They are an American band (or rather a bloke called Stephin Merrit, 
with various collaboraters and musicians who seem to change each 
album),...sound a bit similar to B&S..., they are absolutely 
brilliant and you should go out and buy all their records now and 
come to my disco and dance to them too!!!....recommended releases:
all of them but especially the 2 album CD 
"The Wayward Bus/ Distant plastic trees" and the "House of tomorrow"
