'Much better' - hmmmm. Lou didn't have the foresight to use our
Gabrielle in the original, did he, eh ? And before anyone writes in the
belief that they've spotted a flaw in this line of argument, well there
isn't one. I stood next to la Reed after the White Show performance a
couple of years ago. He's old, y'know ? I was going to invite him back
to my house for a spliff, but he was with Dave Stewart. And I don't 'do'

drugs.

Monica Queen sounds very much like Maria McKee to these ears. I like her

eponymous album, so I'll mark that down as a GOOD thing.

Talking of George Jones, his  'Anniversary' CD is having it fifteenth 63

minutes and 6 seconds of fame on my CD player this week.
