Other possible names for Le Pastie:

La pastille de la bourgeoisie.
Little candies that the middle class eats?

Le pastis de la bourgeoisie.
A clear Anise liquor that turns cloudy when mixed with water. Very popular among the middle class of the south of France.

L'apathie de la bourgeoisie.
My theory is that whoever wrote that graffiti on the Glascow wall was a distressed socialist who failed his/her last French exam. (And apathie is pronounced a bit like a Bostonian saying "a party")

Oh, and the story on the liner notes talks about my favorite record label mascot: The Postcard cat banging the drum! I've heard its artist was obsessed with drawing animals playing instruments and couldn't stop.
