Sinister: ISP help needed!

we're currently on virgin net and are having hell with their mail
server.
does anyone know of an extremely reliable service available in London or
nationally at reasonable rates.

my criteria are:
100% access
good download speeds
very reliable POP3 mailbox
and maybe a bride of some web space (you can never have enough!)

sorry it's a post about Belle and Sebastian.
I'll return to normal soon.
