Sinister: Required Amt of B&S Content?

Hi there,
	I'm wondering exactly what the acceptable amount of B&S content is? I
love B&S, but I like to talk about other things, too, as I'm sure most
of you are as well. Still, I wouldn't want to fill anyone's mailbox with
mail they don't want to read, so I thought I'd ask first. Oh, and should
I post my radio show playlist? B&S will be on it (they should be first,
unless I change my plans...)
