Pretentious? ... why??  Kristen - I do know why you said that ... but
don't.  Anyone who has ever professed a liking for any film or book or
record that required a bit of thought has been called pretentious.
Pretentious is just a word used by some people for things they're too
fucking ignorant or lazy to understand.  Don't listen to these people,
they are wrong.  Incidentally, I'd recommend you go and see "Happy
Together", Wong Kar Wai's (Chunking Express) new film.  The bloke in
"Uncut" likes it and so do I.  Stylish, moving, lovely photography,
romantic ... dammit, it's got the lot.  I think I waffled on about
"Chunking Express" before, but that rules too.

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm sure when they came up with
the title "Cock Fun" they weren't thinking about chickens.

I can only speak for myself here, but I'm sure Susannah will back me
up (remember, you get extra points for doing that), but no-one was
making any judgements about anyone, or saying anything was wrong.  We
just think dirty jokes are funny.
