Firstly, apologies for my previous post; I didn't mean to upset the list
karma. Must remember to think of Cliff next time...
Secondly....When I was little, my godparents used to give me 'anti
colouring books'. I think they were Canadian in origin (the books not my
godparents, who came from Wragby). The idea was that rather than
constraining young children's fertile imaginations by making them colour
within the lines, they presented you with a blankish sheet of paper and a
suggestion (like 'You have just eaten your dinner. What does it look like
now?' and the outline of a stomach) and you filled it in as you so
desired. This seems like a good idea; however, I was so cack handed with a
pencil (still am) that I used to prefer ordinary colouring books,
where there was a small chance of your picture looking like whatever it
was meant to represent. So, perhaps the next but one competition could be
along the lines of 'B&S are buying wallpaper . What kind of wallpaper does
each member buy?', accompanied by a little picture of each band member
in front of a piece of wall just waiting to be papered...
Meanwhile, I'm sharpening my coloured pencils.
