Sinister: so did that NYC picnic happen?

...because it poured rain all day.  Callie and I had every intention of going
-- I even phoned Megan to see if it was still happening, waking her from a
sound sleep -- but there seemed to be no word about alternate plans.  And as
poetic an image it might provide to spend Sunday afternoon huddled in a rainy
Central Park, it didn't seem like the optimal picnicking atmosphere.  Is there
a rain date scheduled?  We really should have a proper outdoor picnic in
NYC...
