According to a book of babies names (the first is a bit obvious!):

Belle: Beautiful. A French name whose Italian form is Bella. Other forms: Bel,
Bella.

Sebastian: Venerable. The name of the Roman saint martyred with arrows was
popular on the Continent. Imported by the Tudor playrights, it has enjoyed a
revival helped by athlete Sebastian Coe. Other forms: Seb, Sebastien, Steb.

Ho hum.
