Sinister: B&S at Edinburgh Festival?

The NME.COM website states that Belle and Sebastian will be playing in Edinburgh two weeks today (18th Aug) as part of the Flux festival. I'm sorry if everybody knows this, but it's the first I've heard. Is it true?
