you know, i think we're all missing the obvious anwser when it comes to the
belle and sebastian name change question.  as the author is french, the
band should quite obvdiously add that nice little "uk" at the end and
everything will be fine.  or they could be like air and add a note in
parenthesis (scottish band) to save from any possible mess ups.
