They gave it 4 stars.  What more do you want?  Belle & Sebastian do
possess a certain "unvirtuosic" charm, and to point this out is merely
descriptive, not cruel.  I assure you a 4-star review is about as good as
it gets from Rolling Stone, unless they declare a new release an instant
classic -- which is rare.
