Sinister: NYC picnic Sept. 20

	To be honest, all the information about the New York City picnic that has
been planned is above in the subject line.  However, we do have nearly a month
to finish planning the thing. The first "picnic" in a diner was a washout, in
many ways, and the second has been kept mysteriously quiet--as if it never
happened (which it very well may not have).  I have higher hopes for this one.
Autumn is a better time for picnics anyway; we can watch the leaves turning
colors.
