Sinister: Pavlovs dog?

Does anyone remember the band called Pavlov's Dog?  They were active in
the late 70s (I think) and featured a singer (male) with an extremely
high voice.  What ever happened to them?  They had several very
interesting songs, despite the "high-voice" gimmick.
