i have some sad news. i had to put my sweet cat, elvis, to sleep last night.
he was healthy until yesterday. he had a heart complication and was in a lot
of pain and had lost all feeling and circulation in his back legs. he wasn't
even 5 years old. it's been really hard on me and my other cat, treble. i'm
still expecting to see him. treble's curled up in elvis' chair, looking quite
sad and lonely. i can't quite get used to the reality that he's gone. i felt
like i had to share that with all of you for some reason. i miss him so much.

i've gotten my dyke-core loving girlfriend into b&s. she went out and bought
'lazy line painter jane' all on her own. good girlfriend. i can't decide
whether to give my crush vote to the lovely beth arzy, who has received all my
crush votes for the past 3 years, or if lesley jo, whose posts i save because
they make me smile every time, has become deserving enough to take it away. i
guess that's all for now.
