Sinister: grapes of judybats

Hello listees,

First, lots of sinister things happening my little world.  I've got co-workers calling each other whores; I saw a lady sitting in reception for 3 hours, which made me curious enough to ask someone what was going on, only to be told her boyfriend was supposed to park the car and never came back for her (ouch!); it's December and people are walking around in fall jackets, some in shorts, belying the rumour that all Canadians live in igloos and lick maple syrup off snow banks (and a lot of us don't say "ay" at the end of ever sentence either!); and there is an evil little flu bug shooting us down one by one - now's the time for the Americans to make their move!

But really, all I wanted to say was...

All right, if we're going to talk about good Canadian music, two words:

Wow, there must be more Canadians on the list than I had thought . . .
a plethora of Canadian bands have been showing up in the posts. 
Strange!

The Grapes of Wrath were a great live band . . . I saw them free a
couple of times in their "heyday"  Gotta love that fishing song.
