Yes I did, 1.97 pounds. Did anyone watch/tape Alternative Nation last night?
It was good. It had that peculiar Salako video, some great Pixies live stuff,
Mercury Rev and possibly all of Modern Rock Song right at the beginning
as I was trying to find a videotape to tape the programme, the bastards.

Was it all of the song? I think they went to an advert break straight after
it so
it must have been long. It's not a very interesting video though is it.

The Eels "Electro-Shock Blues" is indeed a great album whoever said that,
it's beautfully arranged (with care rather than trying to be 'clever' I
think) and
is fairly optimistic despite being about bad things.
