Sinister: b&s on tv - you probably missed it though

don't take this for gospel, a friend told me last night on the phone, 
that whilst he was watching bbc's holiday programme (tuesday night?) they 
kept on playing during relevant moments during a report from somewhere 
about 8 seconds of the begining of string bean jean looped. 

did anyone else witness this.
