    Hello.  My name is Lance Bangs, and the band and Jeepster have
commisioned me to make the music video for "dirty dream #2."  We will be
filming in Athens, Georgia the weekend of Saturday December 12th and Sunday
the 13th.  All footage will be shot during daylight hours, from 10 A.M. to
dusk at 5:30 P.M.  List members are invited to come be featured in the
footage.
    
THE INITIAL INVITATION

      Twenty-five persons are needed.  The intention is that each
person featured will appear in an uncut ten second segment of film which
will fade to black before bringing up the next person, filling the length of
the song.  We may be able to provide one night of lodging to people coming
from outside of the area, but unfortunately can not pay people for
appearing, as this is a rather simple production.
    Your participation should be fun, as we are filming flattering portraits
of each of you engaged in some sort of charming and surreal entanglement or
escapade.  You needn't look anything like the sort of people that usually
appear in videos, we want you because you care about the band and are an
interesting person.  Awkwardness and spastic qualities a plus.  Come as you
are.
    We will be filming mostly outdoors to take advantage of the gorgeous
winter light here in Athens.  We will need to begin early both days, as it
gets dark around 6 pm.  We are shooting on motion picture film, which
invariably leads to some time waiting around while setting things up, so
your patience is requested.  The band will not be present at the filming,
but Athens is a wonderfull town to visit on it's own merit, and perhaps
meeting up with other list members and fans is incentive enough.
    If you are interested and can commit to being in Athens on the 12th and

DETAILS:

    I live in a schoolhouse/gymnasium at 350 Meigs St between Finley and
Pope Sts.  The telephone number is 706.369.9043 I would imagine that
www.yahoo.com's map function should be able to get you
here from wherever.  We will meet up at ten a.m. to get to know each other
and discuss the options for each person's filming.  If you are with a friend
and would prefer, we can shoot you in pairs. If you are up for it there are
some small scale stunts possible, some charming little bizarre pieces for
the daring, 
as well as some straightforward portraiture for the shy.  Lying in grass,
waving from a treehouse, etc.
    If you get in later on Saturday there will be someone at the house
co-ordinating and we will come back every so often.  If you can only come
Sunday, we can work around that as well.  It may get a bit boring as we are
shooting on motion picture film which requires time taking light readings,
measuring focus, setting up shots, etc.  However the mix of people should be
good, as fans are coming in from all over the southeast to take part.
    Please bring several changes of clothes, without tradmearked logo's 
featured prominently (no giant nike swooshes or tazmanian devils, but you
knew
that as a general rule in life already, right?)

    The response so far has been tremendous, and there are still a few
spaces available,
