Sinister: Dylan in the Movies

I'm sure the old hippy Honey will be able to correct me if I'm
wrong, but Don't Look Back was the film of the tour which included
Dylan's visit to Newcastle and his introduction to an eccentric elderly
councillor, then sheriff of the city. her name was theresa russell and
she was clearly off her head, which was why they found it amusing to
include so much footing of her.
incredibly, she is still a city councillor in her nineties and still
recalls her encounter with that nice young man bob dylan with affection.
