Mad TV did this hilarious parody of the show, in true to form claymation,
where they took the "thinly-veiled" religious themes to new heights.  Davy
would be waiting for the bus when Goliath would tell him to go kill two lovers
in a jeep on the corner, because what they were doing was a sin.   Which he of
course did.
