If we can have a moment's silence, can i suggest we raise our glasses in
honour of David "Dream" Kitchen, the original Blue Sodastream and founder
of this very list, who is 24 today!!  David, you're a bobby dazzler, a
diamond geezer, an all round good egg. 

Now who will help me give him the bumps?
