Small Faces is a bloody excellent film, by far and away the best film of the
year before last, well cool and is recommended to anyone who hasn't yet seen
it.

It's just a general - if slightly outdated term, to describe the gangs (the
Police, one bloke in particular essentially smashed the gang problem in
Glasgow in the late sixties), it's quite cute that Mogwai have chosen that
name I think.
