Sinister: other sounds(no B&S)

i've enjoyed reading other's lists-so i thought i'd pass on a few bands from
an anglophile in LA:

GBV, Olivia Tremor Control, Neutral Milk Hotel, Melt, Magoo, The Male Nurse,
David Wrench, Father, Pink Kross and Palace would be a current top ten.

Velvet Underground, Modern Lovers, Wedding Present, Orange Juice, Brilliant
Corners, June Brides, Lemonheads, Pavement, Patti Smith, Replacements would
make me happy on a desert island as long as i could bring my B&S collection.

Ornette Coleman, Tipsy, Miles Davis, Tortoise, John Coltrane, Hank Williams,
Patsy Cline, Steve Reich, Sonny Sharrock and Sun Ra would pass the time if i
couldn't play any pop music.

as my good friend iggy pop once said: "Thank you for your kind indulgence!"
