Sinister: Stephen Duffy's New Album

All these posts from Tin Tin reminded me of the other Tin Tin, though
he's dropped that moniker.  Cooking Vinyl (who have just signed XTC,
coincidentally) are releasing "I Love My Friends" on March 30th in the
U.K.  The single "17" comes out two weeks before that (not the lavish
three cd affair, just one).  As far as recording goes, the Lilacs are
purchasing a 17th century computer (Stephen's words, not mine) and some
hard disk recording gear and will begin recording THE LILAC TIME '99 in
the summer.  Oh, and the Legacy & Jazz label (Sony) in Japan will
release a reissue of "Astronauts" at mid-price with 7 or 8 extra
tracks.  I have more details if anyone is interested.  This info comes
from someone who is in touch with Stephen.
