Actually it was a French cartoon! And yes, there was this nice bird,
whistling 'too toolooloo toolooloolooloo'
But you are the first person outside France who knows it; I thought that
Watoo Watoo hadn't been broadcasted anywhere else.

And Mumbly was an Hannah & Barberah cartoon too, but I think it used to
be quite popular everywhere for awhile...
