Sinister: Hello

Hi - this is the first mailing list I've been on as I'm new to the internet and all 
that, so I thought I'd introduce myself.

I'm 18 (19 on the 23rd) and sitting at home without a job waiting to go to 
university. I've got loads of projects to keep me busy, though. Also I run a 
fanzine called 'Blue Glow' and I'm always on the lookout for any interesting 
pieces of writing on music, so if you send me something good I'll send you a 
copy. ....And I like this idea of a circular tape exchange.

I've liked B&S since (like many of you, probably) Mark Radcliffe started 
playing 'The State I Am In' (what seemed like) every day. And I've really 
loved them since their session when Mark Lamarr was filling in for him. What 
I really love about them is that their music is so empathetic - it tries to 
understand rather than making judgements. 

Well, hello again, but goodbye for now.

PS - Re: Elvis (in 'A Century Of Elvis') being a cat. I didn't realise this until 
my 12 year old sister heard it and pointed it out to me. Makes you think, eh?
