What about Pete Townsend's magnificent one note guitar solo on The Who's
I Can See for Miles? Twang twang twang twang! R!O!C!K! if I may say so.
Have any of the Gainsbourg fans out there heard the new Pizzicato Five
remixes album? There is a version of Contact (a song written by Serge
for a Brigitte Bardot TV show) which is rather wonderful.
