A couple of months ago someone started a thread with this very same
question.  
Eventually the list of recommended books got to around 100, and a girl
who kept track of all the suggestions - I don't know if she's still
subscribed - sent me a copy of the final list. If you (or anyone else)
is interested in seeing it, let me know and I can send it as a Word or
Excel attachment.
