someone else mentioned that - i reckon it's because of some computers on
which you can't distinguish between an 'l' and a '1'  (an 'el' and a
'one'!)  - i think her address is el0007 at whatever...  but it's an 'el' you
want not a 'one'
well, it worked for me at least, after finding that the 'one' version
didn't work.

sorry, that wasn't very well explained, and i'm not sure even if that's the
problem, but i can but try.
