Being new to the joys of Belle and Sebastian (I only have If You're Feeling 
Sinister) I was wondering if any of you kind souls could answer a few questions
for me, either on the mailing list or privately:

1) What LPs/Singles/EPs have B&S released and which ones are available and
where? (3 questions for the price of one)
2) What is all this tape tree malarkey about?

Thanks in advance for any help I may receive.

Seeing as the only contribution i've made to this list so far is inane
questions
I thought i'd write my first non-inquisitive thing and give you my top ten 
lyrisists of the modern age (in no particular order).

1) Neil Hannon of The Divine Comedy (anyone who writes a song about Mr Benn is
ok
in my books)
2) The fella out of B&S (showing my ignorance in not knowing his/their name,
sorry)
3) Ian Brown/John Squire (for the first Stone Roses album alone)
4) Tricky ("IF you believe or deceive then common sense says you shouldn't
receive"
as just one example of his genius)
5) Paul Heaton (Am I alone in thinking that The Housemartins are the most
under-
rated bands of the 80s)
6) Michael Stipe (Swan Swan Hummingbird?!?!?!?)
7) Gruff Rhys From Super Furry Animals (for his twisted references)
8) Beth Gibbons from Portishead (just because)
9) Kristen Hirsch ("This hairdo is truly evil", take a bow)
10) Blokes from Gomez (no reason, just my current favourites)

There you have it, and anyone who disagrees with me can...er, can,..well, they
can.

As for the list crushes, i've not been on long enough to develop one but its
only
a matter of time i expect.
